Mr. Carter

"Mr. Carter" is Vinnie's "banana cream pie gun." He commissioned Mr. Acme to build it for him as a means of getting his revenge against Goliath. "Mr. Carter," despite its highly unusual ammunition, is technologically very sophisticated, complete with a personalized palm-print trigger that allows only Vinnie to operate it.

Real World Background

The name "Mr. Carter" is a reference to the television series "Welcome Back Kotter," as is Vinnie's own name.
