History
He, his sister Susan, and their parents, briefly encountered Goliath and Lexington during their first battle with the Pack. ("The Thrill of the Hunt")
Later on, Billy's mother joined the Quarrymen, out of fear of the gargoyles and what they might do to her children. ("Nightwatch")
Billy went trick-or-treating (dressed as Jackal) with his sister, mother, and friend Terry Chung on Halloween 1996, even asking for candy from Hudson at Jeffrey Robbins' house. ("Masque")
